Personal-use scope

Alvin Mail Delivery is a personal software utility operated by Alvin Wong. It sends emails prepared by the owner's local workflows through an expressly authorized Gmail account. This website provides application information only; it does not offer public accounts, commercial mailing services, subscriptions or an email submission service.

Authorized use

Use is limited to owner-approved workflows, content and recipients. The utility must not be used for spam, impersonation, deceptive messages or unauthorized access. Google account access must be explicitly authorized and is subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Delivery limitations

Email delivery depends on Google, recipient mail systems, network availability and the owner's local environment. A successful Gmail API response is not a guarantee of inbox placement or reading. The utility does not promise continuous availability or delivery at a particular time. Uncertain delivery outcomes require reconciliation rather than automatic duplicate sending.

Data handling and access

The Privacy Policy describes data processing and revocation. The owner may stop the utility, revoke its Google access or retire a workflow at any time.
